How we handle your personal data when you listen to Akkini FM, use our apps or contact us.
1. Controller
AkkiniFM.Skytrade GmbH, Neugasse 60, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland ("Akkini FM", "we") is the controller responsible for the processing of personal data described here. Contact: fm@akkini.com, +41 79 844 44 84.
2. Listening to the stream
When you play our live stream, your IP address and technical connection data are processed by our streaming provider to deliver the audio. This data is required to provide the service and is not used to identify you personally.
3. Contact form & email
If you contact us, we process the details you provide (name, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. Data is deleted once the enquiry is resolved, unless legal retention duties apply.
4. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email fm@akkini.com.
